Carient is a personalized skincare company changing the way we prevent and treat skin concerns. Using a predictive model, they help you adjust your skincare routine as your lifestyle and needs change.
The ask from Carient was to help build a brand from scratch and bring it to launch. This included packaging design and responsive web design. So we started at the beginning, with branding and identity.
We worked with the Carient team to refine their brand with color palettes, icon styles and even photography. Our aim was something that said minimal and clean but not cold and sterile. Soothing and calm with a touch of personality and quirkiness.
Skin health is dependent on so many factors like lifestyle, age, diet and genetics, each of which vary from person to person. Carient wanted to change that and bring it front and center. So we designed a skin health quiz to capture those aspects in a conversational and engaging way.
For the results page, our goal was to make the checkout process informative and easy. We walked the user through their routine results and pre-added the products into their cart. The goal was to create a simple one-click checkout flow.
